For ALL SHIFTEES & TRANSFEREES who have recently received their CRS account and/or student numbers, you may now file for a dormitory application by logging in to the DormApp website using your student number as username and your birthday as password.Follow the example format below:
Username: 2024-12345
remember to include the dash
Password: 9012004
Sample Birthday: September 1, 2004
do not put “0” if your birth month falls between January to September
Deadline is until 15 July 2024, 12nn

The DormApp Portal re-opens until 15 July 2024, 12 noon, to allow FRESHIE APPLICANTS, who were able to submit by the 8 July deadline, to complete any deficiencies.
Check your dashboard for any remarks and upload the necessary documents as requested. For those with DormApp status,
"AY 2024-2025 Application Status: Application Completed",
please wait for the results.

If you have been asked to complete deficiencies or submit additional documents, please follow these steps:1. Take a screenshot of your dashboard.
2. Send the screenshot to: dormapp.upd@up.edu.ph
3. Use the subject line: DormApp Deficiencies 2024
Make sure to submit your deficiencies at the proper link to be emailed to you, this is to allow your assessors to access your submissions and to update your account.
We will be accepting email submissions until 4:00pm today, 26 June 2024.
The google form submission will close at 5:00pm today, 26 June 2024.

Kindly check your assessor's message and additional requirement bins.Submit ALL requirements on or before 26 June, 11:59am, to be tagged as ELIGIBLE for point computations.
For those with “Residence Hall Clearance” deficiency (NO checkmark in Clearance checkbox), please get in touch with your Dorm Management.
Your clearance will be sent directly to the DormApp Team, if available.
