DORM APPLICATION WEBSITE

Welcome to UP Diliman's Dorm Application website. You can submit an application for dorm residency and track its progress by logging in using your UP webmail username and password. You can also view important announcements by the Office of Student Housing (OSH), check the sidebar for upcoming deadlines, learn the terms and conditions of staying in a UP dormitory, and download the list of room rates per dorm.

Approved Non-freshman Applicants Posted

UPDATED: 2:30PM May 22, 2010. Additional approved dorm applications of non-freshmen have been released. Please log in and check your application status. If your application status does not say that you are accepted or that you have confirmed, that means that you are not included in any of the released lists of accepted applicants. Please read the announcement below for instructions on how to confirm your slot.

Initial Approved Applicants Posted

The initial batch of approved dorm applications have been released. Please log in and check your application status. If your application status is Accepted pending applicant's confirmation then your application has been approved. A link where you may confirm your application will be available to you on your home page. You must confirm your application in order to avail your dormitory slot. If your dorm application has not been marked as accepted, please await further announcements regarding the next batch of results.

Clarification on required ITR

For students who are required to pass a copy of an Income Tax Return (ITR), please make sure that you submit a copy certified by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Only copies with the BIR stamp will be accepted.

Short video featuring UP dormitories

The Office of Student Housing has prepared a short video showcasing the different dormitories in UP Diliman. If you haven't seen it yet, you can watch the video in Youtube to know the facilities available in each dormitory.

The dorm application is now open. You may now login using your UP webmail and password.

How to login (For freshmen of 2010)

For the incoming UPD freshmen (Batch 2010), your login username is your student number (i.e. 201012345) and your password is the PIN indicated in your admission letter.

List of requirements

The list of requirements will be based on the information you provide. It is generated after you finish filling-out the online form. Please read the instructions carefully since the submitted form is final and uneditable.

  • May 4, 2010 Release of results of freshmen dorm applications and start of online confirmation for accepted freshmen
  • May 6, 2010 Deadline of online confirmation of accepted freshmen. Students who do not confirm by 11:59PM of this day will have their slots cancelled.
  • May 18, 2010 Release of results of non-freshmen dorm applications and start of online confirmation accepted non-freshmen
  • May 20, 2010 Deadline of online confirmation of accepted non-freshmen. Students who do not confirm by 11:59PM of this day will have their slots cancelled.
